Dr. Baker is outstanding! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen. Her entire staff is just the BEST!

Like many people, I neglected normal doctor visits during COVID. I just recently started setting up doctors appointments again. I called Dr. Baker’s office asking to get an appointment and was told she wasn’t taking new patients. I told them I was a patient. They said that if she hasn’t seen you in 3 years then you are considered a new patient (a.k.a. persona non grata) I told the lady on the phone that it had not been 3 years because Dr. Baker performed surgery on me 2 1/2 years ago so it was less than three years. When I told her that she said it didn’t count. SERIOUSLY?!? It was surgery! Terrible customer service!!!

Dr. Baker has been very helpful moving forward toward resolving my problem. Thanks to front desk staff Kesha and Mae.

Dr. Baker and her staff are amazing. From Evelyn and Mae at the front desk to Megan and Maria, who are clinical, to Dr. Baker, everyone was great. The best physician/experience. She was very professional, friendly, fast, and truly the best. As a new patient, nobody likes going to the obgyn but she made it a good experience and I would reccommend her to anyone.

I’m new to the Island and have been unsuccessful finding a good doctor. Dr Baker was great. She was thorough and gave me options. I did not feel hurried. I’m 50 years old and my body is changing.
