I had a video visit with Dr. Berris (my first video appointment with a doctor). I thought it was great. As always, Dr. Berris spent a lot of time with me, was very thorough and answered any and all questions I had. I never feel rushed, and she always makes me feel important, and she takes a special interest in my health, as I’m sure she does with every patient. She is awesome, and I’m lucky to have her as my doctor.

if anything should invest in hiring new front office. Dr. Berris has the worst front office very rude speaks over you are not willing to help and reschedule you and than mark you as a no show. Im glad i have the voicemail they left. I will not go there would rather go somewhere else where they have better customer service to at least make an apt. and be more consistent and don’t tell their patients “you were dismissed from our practice” it’s rude to tell someone you are dismissed. To top it off the manager is on vacation so to evaluate my file I will have to wait until until she returns for me to get my dismissive file lifted of course I’ll have to call to remind them because they only call to cancel your apt.its disappointing to say the least as I was recommended to her by another doctor.
