Dr Bucher can turn into a mean uncaring doctor
Dr Bucher did not believe my pain complaints after treating them for 4 years. At my last appointment her demeanor was not friendly and she became passive aggressive saying maybe the pain is in your head have you thought about seeing a psychologist . My most recent MRI came back and did not show the source of my pain. I can’t explain that but I told her the pain was there and more horrible at night. I had surgery, test after test but that wasn’t good enough for her. I would not see her again for anything and hope I have no dealings with her at that practice. Drs should be kind to their patients and if they suspect something on their own they should just ask about it instead of being rude and making me feel like an idiot.

Had an emergency call into doctor for side effects on medication. Dr Bucher was the one who called back. When we first talked to clinical department the woman told us milligrams on meds do not matter. This is not the case which and should not have been stated. When dr Bucher called back and gave instructions on decreasing the milligrams she also reprimanded us saying she was told we were rude and yelling without hearing our explanation first. Not a good way for a new doctor at this facility to treat patients of over 20 years.
