I appreciate Dr. Fickel as my primary care physician and feel very well cared for. She has gotten to know me well over the past few years and does a great job of taking care of all of my concerns and communicating recommend treatments thoroughly, clearly, and concisely.

Dr Fickel is great. She listens, provides clear explanations, and is open to our differing opinions on some issues. When I make a decision she seems to o accept it without negative judgment, which is much appreciated. Very glad she's my primary.

She's got current information about the latest treatments regarding weight loss options and cardiac health (my current concerns), and she's willing to discuss pros and cons, including costs. She's very friendly but also professional. I have referred other people to Dr. Fickel.

I love Sargent Clinic. More personal. Easy to park.Easy to access. One problem. You don't have Excellent' for a choice because I would use Excellent' for my time and care and support from Dr Fickel. She hears me. She knows me. She's very knowledgeable. She's an excellent physician who has my confidence and respect.
