I went to Piedmont Physicians Group @ PTC for my issue. After diagnosis & Penicillin shot, I got a growing pain following days to limit that I can't even walk. After multiple calls, staff refused to give me an appointment and asked me to go to Urgent care. At urgent care, I received much better response & explanation for my issue. Also found Piedmont did not follow protocol for penicillin shot. I called again after a week to Piedmont clinical staff due to growing pain but received no call back.

Dr. Karen Harris Moore has been my doctor for several years. She always takes time to talk with you and tries to let you be a part of the decision making process. She usually sees patients near the time of the appointment and is apologetic if she is running late.

I have seen may doctors in my life but never one so caring, professional and interested in her patients. I chose Dr Harris Moore and she did not disappoint. I moved here 4 yearsago had regular physicals with other doctors on a regular basis. I saw Dr. Harris Moore and I guess she actually looks over the blood work and is not to busy to care about her patients. I had a lot of medical conditions I didn't even know about 4 years later I feel better than I had in years.
