She sent me to a surgeon for back évaluation. I did not see the surgeon but his pain management PA put me on some medicine for pain and took me off what she had given me. I later received a letter that I was no longer her patient. My husband and I are nurses tried to explain this to her but she and her nurse would not take our calls. A letter from the facility that she sent me to had even sent her a letter explaining this. I had Medicare so I assume that was not good enough for her.
