I don’t know if Dr Helland has too many patients but she’s not providing the health care that she should be providing for her patients that I have left her practice and found a wonderful other PCP. I’m concerned about her lack of attention to her current patients and their healthcare

Not good after 3 plus visits. She is very kind but does. To treat medical conditions brought to her attention, offer advice, or refer to another doctor. She nelly will refer you to the lab. Don't seem to connect with problems brought to her attention.

Unfortunately, I was early but was told that's ok, they will see me early. They didn't and when they did finally see me, I waited another hour before I walked out without seeing Dr. Helland. No one came in and said sorry Dr. Helland has been delayed or even to check on me. Who treats people like that? What kind of staff treats people like that? At least have the decency to check in with a patient and give them an option of setting another appointment. More and more the people we hand our money over to for services are acting like we work for them. Really disappointed in the Dr. Helland and her staff.

Wait was approx an hour. Dr. Helland came in and introduced herself, mentioning how busy it was. She was awkward in her demeanor and no eye contact while communicating. I needed a rx refill for a med I've been on for 9 yrs, but was told I had to come back in 6 mths for refills. My ins, like most only covers an annual exam/bw. She did an "exam" barely touching my neck & listening to my heart/lungs. No bw was done b/c of rx refill & I was told I had to come back for another exam.
