Today I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes and finally left. Not uncommon to have to wait more than 30 minutes. I just needed follow up blood work after thyroid surgery done at UH, but she made me come in for an appointment before she'd order the bloodwork. Then when I asked for my records to bring them to another doctor outside UH, the office manager told me I would have to pay for them unless I saw another UH doctor. What a scam!

Constantly running behind schedule. She schedules two patients at 9 but doesn't arrive to the office usually until 9:30, so then she rushes through appointments. No effective treatment given, did absolutely nothing in 10 years for preventative medicine. Not knowledgeable about some very common diseases.

The wait time of this doctors office is outrageous. Every time we have an appointment we are at the office for well over an hour. We like Dr Hummel but are considering going elsewhere because of the absurd wait time.

Great doctors actually cares snouts her patents, know for years and entire family uses her practice Best doctor I've ever had

I searched for several years trying to find a Dr. to replace the one who had taken care of me for 25 years before retiring from his practice. Dr. Hummel is the perfect fit. Very friendly and engaging. Concerned about my well being and fully explains what she has found and what the treatment will be. My wife, who was a nurse, is also a patient and says she feels more comfortable with Dr. Hummel than she has with any other physician. We are blessed to have found Dr. Hummel.

Dr Hummel and her office staff are one of the worst dr offices I have ever had bad experience with. This is twice know I have had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour to be seen and got up and walked out. IF YOU CAN'T TAKE PATIENTS IN 10 MINUTES THE HIRE ANOTHER DR. I shouldnt have to wait more that 15 min to be seen I don't have all night to sit in a office and tonight they all did it on purpose I seen them standing around talking about me. I know they did it on purpose
