Horrible
This doctor was very insensitive to my son's needs. When she first came in she asked "what was wrong with his mouth" very rudely. I explained to her he had an accident at school that day. She brought the MA in to give my son a hearing test. They did not explain what they were going to do to determine his hearing, the MA just put the cords up to his ears and didn't say whether to raise his hand, respond to what they were doing or anything. Dr. Kim came back in the room and says "he failed the hearing test" and he would need to go to audiology. She did not say which ears or anything. I called back up to the Dr. office when I was headed home to get more information, but no one answered. I had to call another office they are affiliated with just so she could get them on the phone! I have never known a doctor office to have so many issues answering the phone. Eventually, the other office called me back and said he had failed in both ears. My son is not deaf, he hears just fine. HORRIBLE!!!!

Absolutely love Dr Kim. She can answer all of my questions off the top of her head which is way better than some doctors who say “i’m not sure” all the time.

I took my son to see Dr. Kim thinking he just had allergies?. He had a bug bite on his face he kept picking and as soon as she walked in and saw the bug bite that wasn't healing she knew he had strep. Test came back positive. I have had a great experience with Dr Kim. Staff is very friendly. Wait is a little long but what doctors office isn't

She was the worst Dr I have ever seen. She mis-diagnosed my 2 year old daughter when she was 2 1/2 months old. And she ended up in the ICU with nemonia RSV and bronchitis. What doctor Kim said was a simple head cold turned out to be nemonia and RSV and Bronchitis. She also kicked us out of the practice when I refused to let her see my newborn baby in the hospital.
