Her office is awful. Rude staff, long wait, long hold time, no return calls. They don't follow up or do what they promised you that they would do. This is the most frustrating experience I've had with a doctor's office. They keep promising me that they would call my insurance and get back to me. They never called despite me calling them every few days and never once did they call me.

One baby down another to go. She rushed down Memorial Day weekend for an emergency c-section and was a delight throughout the full pregnancy process. Would see any other doctor for our second baby.

All of my four babies, including one miscarriage were handles by Dr. Karen Lee. I have been seeing her for over 20 years. I currently see her for basic women's health care and hormone treatment. She has incredible experience and background and her staff is exceptional. I like to forge a relationship with any health care professional so picking a qualified care provider will make all of the difference in the world!
