I had a visit with Dr. Love due to having underlying health conditions resulting in extreme hirsutism. Her bedside manner is very poor and crass. If you want to be respected, please avoid, she will interrupt you, and talk at you. She did touch my face, but never once asked about my underlying medical conditions that could be attributed to the hair growth. However, she advocated that their office performs laser hair removal, and how laser is more permanent than electrolysis(which is actually the only FDA-approved method for permanent hair removal). Patients deserve better. Additionally, she declined to view photos of how severe my issue is. Now, I understand why I was able to get a next day appointment and was the only patient in the waiting area. I'm used to having a warm welcome when interacting with receptionists upon office visits, not this place, very transactional. I got the impression that Dr. Karen Love does not like, or want educated patients.

Dr. Love was recommended to me by my former dermatologist, due to insurance incompatibility. Most doctors have a 6-9 month waiting list for new patients, but I was able to see Dr. Love two weeks later. Dr. Love is attentive and firm in her approach to examining patients and providing treatment. When I needed to set up a new patient appointment for my son who had a really bad skin infection, she told me she wasn't going to make me leave and come back in two weeks for a new appointment. Instead she told me to give the receptionist my son's insurance information and fill out the paperwork, and she saw him 10 minutes later. She was able find the root of my son's problem, and adjusted his previously prescribed medication to be more beneficial to him. I initially saw her for alopecia, after seeing three different doctors with no success. She provided aggressive treatment and I started seeing results.

If there is a -0, thats what i would give Karen Love. Seen me twice for a liason on my left leg and paid two copays. She only spent 3 minutes with me and scheduled me for a biopsy. Then I called to confirm appointment and she said they no longer except my secondary insurance. She left me hanging in mid treatment and not knowing whether Im walking around with cancer in my leg. Total lack of the business ethics.

Dr Love has correctly diagnosed two skin conditions that were confirmed by biopsy. Her treatment was successful and and I have total confidence in her abilities. She is very professional and fair in her pricing. I highky recommend her.

Not sure where to start. So awful. Worse doctor I have ever been to in my 45 years. Went to her twice and she spent 3 minutes with me for a 100.00 office visit. Had 2 things, she said only 1 can be taken care of in one visit!. Then, dismissed it. Second time she said she didn't know what it was and walked out of the room while she was talking and never returned. I went elsewhere and it was a condition that needed a biopsy and treatment. She is the most arrogant and rude individual I have evermet
