I was sent to Dr Lucas after being referred by my primary OBGYN. I was told that she and her team could Better help my on-going health issue. While there Dr Lucas never once asked me what was going on, only looked at previous notes and continued to do the same exact routine examine that other doctors have done (hasn’t solved the problem) I can feel the issue currently happening but doctor Lucas can’t seem to “find it” I’ve never felt so helpless in my life as I’m sitting in her office feeling it clearly myself (my primary care doctor has detected it too) I was told by Dr Lucas to “call again when it’s bigger” instead of trying to find it by taking other avenues

Doctor Lucas is wonderful. She has a dry sense of humor, but I like that. She is thorough and does not push testing on you that you do not want. She takes time to listen to what you have to say, and values your opinions. I have been going to her for 15 years and will continue as long as she is in practice in my area.

DrLucas is very humorless and rude. Her staff seemed to agree. She is no one anyone could confide in or discuss issues with—and she’s an intimate physician for women ~~ I would NOT recommend her. She is the kind of dr fond of hurting feelings and maintaining attitudes that have been long disproven ~ she even got my blood pressure so wrong it was crazy

I'm not sure why no one left a comment, so here goes the first one, hope it will save anyone who reads this from a TERRIBLE doctor visit. This doctor is full of herself and made me feel horrible about myself after my visit with her. Didn't explain things well, if at all, and was extremely critical. No interpersonal skill whatsoever. I am now praying to all the Gods in heaven that I wouldn't see her in the delivery room, or else I'm holding my baby in until I get another doc. Worst visit ever!!!!
