My rating might be a bit unusual because I've never met Dr. Piper. We spoke on the phone after my mother was transferred from our local hospital to Sunnyside. I was very concerned about my elderly mother who had suffered a fall and had a head injury. Dr. Piper was very cordial and was able to explain the situation and greatly relieved my concerns. I hung up feeling my mother was in great hands.
