Dr. Karen Perser, MD

Logan Health and Dr Perser made me feel as though I was the only patient for the day, My surgery was explained explicitly and all questions answered to my satisfaction, I am in my rehab period, and I feel very confident that I will be completely healed at the end of rehab. Thoroughly recommend Logan Health (especially Mary and Jennifer in the International Medical section)'Never too much trouble for them whatever you need. I felt at ease with all the staff that I came in contact with and felt they were well qualified in their fields.

This was the second time I went to the Columbia Falls Orthopedic office on 11th. The first time was to see Dr. Joyce, my appt. was at 3:00, I waited 30 min. in the waiting room, then was put into a room and told to put shorts on. The room was very cold. I waiting 1 45 minutes before leaving without seeing the dr.! A nurse did come in to take vitals, but she could not get the computer to work. This time I saw Dr. Perser, and took a chance, said I would never go to that office again, but thought with a different dr. it couldn't happen again. My appt. was at 11, I once again waited for 30 minutes before being taken to a room. While in the waiting room for about 15 minutes another lady came in to check in for an appt. as well. I was in the waiting room for 1 hour and 45 minutes before the dr. came in, and saw she had seen the woman who came in 15 minutes after I did. They lost my chart and it took them about 10 minutes to find it. It took a total of 3 hours for a 15 minute appt.

Without a doubt, the best. Did both of my shoulders. They are great! Highly recommend.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Perser to anyone. She is one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the valley. I was very impressed by her kindness and the time she takes to explain any and all options. She is the best!
