Absolutely Awful
Ignorant, hateful comments. Disrespectful. Posted abnormal results a month after papsmear was done with no call and no explanation.

Rude front staff
Love Dr. Roperti, but her front office staff is some of the rudest women in the business. It's not worth it to be treated so badly and have to wait well over an hour for your annual exam. It's so important to have a friendly front office staff as they represent you first for a visit. This was her Brentwood location.

Dr. Roperti should not be practicing. Not only will she make you wait for her in the exam room for over an hour, but she will also meet your concerns with unprofessional judgement and no medical advice

She shamed me for having an STI (HPV). She immediately treated me with large amounts of acid without giving me any other options or explaining to me that it may takes month to heal from this. The HPV I had was a mild case of warts, not causing other issues. I didn't need that treatment. She was rude and acted like I was dirty for contracting something so common.

Instead of providing professional medical treatment, Dr. Ruperti shamed, guilt tripped and blamed me for the raging breast infection I had. She didn't seem particularly sharp but she did manage to be very condescending and patronizing.

I had to go in for a same-day appointment. She was easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say. She didn't rush off. I felt she was very thorough. I would definitely recommend her and this office.

The last 3 appointments I had with Dr. Ruperti, I sat in the exam room for an hour before she came in. Today, I walked out after 50 minutes. She never came in. I requested she call me, and she had her nurse call me instead. Two years ago, she sent me for testing. Secretary gave me results, but said dr would be calling. Two years later, she still hasn't called.
