Dr. Karin Li, MD

Dr Li and her staff are very caring and professional. Dr Li is compassionate and attentive. I never felt rushed when talking to her in person or on the phone. Her staff are very efficient and will seek an answer quickly. They also are very patient when needed. They are the best!!.

Dr Karin Li & her team have literally saved my life on 2 occasions where even the hospitals missed the mark and have given consistent A+ care over the years I have been with them. They are based an hr from where we live but we simply can’t find as good health care near us. I have had many Drs worldwide , having lived in Ireland, Germany, England and now settled in the USA with my family and Dr Li and her team have been the best yet. She has incredible all round knowledge as well as very swift to move on things she deems necessary. She listens well and takes into consideration what I feel I need whilst maintaining her professional medical stance. Her team are also swift to respond and move on things on your behalf despite a busy demand. She has also prescribed better medication that were far more effective with less side effects in some dire conditions than other hospitals and drs had. Cannot thank Dr Li and her team enough. I’m not sure I’d still be alive without them!

Dr. Li was my mother's doctor for about 3 years she was such an amazing doctor compassionate, thural and very professional. my last phone call with Dr. Li was about my mother relocating to Nevada she made a f/u appointment for the following month in case i had not found a new provider for my mother's care. I would highly recommend Dr. Li to anyone.

TeleHealth appointment due to Corona virus. Dr Li is extremely compassionate and dedicated to her patients! She provides excellent care under any circumstances and am so glad she is my doctor! I highly reccomend Dr. Li and her team. Dr. Li, Angela (NP), and Jose have the best dedside care ever. They are really attentive and care about your health and needs. They are accomodating to same day appointments to make sure urgent health needs are met. Dr. Li and Angela are very good with their assessments and have treated my health care needs. If they are not able to help specifically, they quickly referral your needs to the right direction to the specialty care you may need. Dr. Li squeezed me in today to treat my migrain headache, she truelly cares and I'm so glad I have chosen her to treat my health. She quickly sent my meds to my local pharmacy electronically and chose prescriptions affordably. The front office staff is awsome and ready to help and assist.

Excellent, she saved my life. Had open heart bypass surgery as she sent me to San Antonio regional medical center for this procedure and I had it on 1/30/19. I owe her my life & she's my angel.

Dr. Li is the best. Caring, professional and knowledgeable. She is the family doctor for my entire family, including my elderly mother. Have been seeing her for the past 3 or 4 years. Highly recommend.

I should have know when I tried adding Dr. Karin C. Li Eastvale, Ca. as my daughter's doctor. She refused to take any patient's due to having negotiation problems with Insurance Carriers. Thought this was odd. Gave her a chance about a year later only to find out many problems in her office. Very disorganized, all Asians not very diverse atmosphere. Office cannot communicate. Asked for bill said don't one, no answers to my questions, rude, offensive, would not let me talk to doctor to complain.

I have never felt so comfortable with a Dr ever in my life!!! The staff were so nice also. I felt like I was family with everyone especially Dr. Li..... I will never go anywhere else from now on!!!!

Dr. Li is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I was in a bad way when I first saw her and she has nursed me back to health, I recommend her to all of my friends.

Dr. Karin Li, is a wonderful person to talk to. She's caring and listens to you intently. She responds to your questions professionally and offers recommendations to your condition. Very friendly and I will definitely recommend her services to anyone.

I recommend dr Karin luv her and I love her nurse p she's very informative and Henry the guy in the front is organized and on top of everything I don't wait long to be seen and I can usually always get in when I need to I've seen Karin li nurse more than I've seen dr li but I don't mind I like her !

I would not recommend.. To judge mental and does not listen well.. Unable to make decisions well so Pom to other doctors.. Wild goose chase.. In 2 years my overall health has declined.. Lost 75 pounds and now ready for hospice.

The physician is rarely seen, the office staff is horrendous!!!!! Stay away from this unprofessional office unless you're extremely healthy!!!

I love Dr. Li, HOWEVER, I cannot deal with her unprofessional, incompetent office staff!! These people have your life/health in their hands and this office is totally broken!!! Dr. Li is unreachable, because the office staff shield her from patients (I believe) to keep her from hearing about their incompetence. They don't answer the phones, return calls or give patients accurate information. There seems to be a communication problem, but I've concluded that its just flat out incompetence.

I have seen this office for 6 months. 90% of the visits were with the PA, she will only give a script for 22 days and then you have to set another office visit. The office is unorganized. March of 2016 the office manager/medical assistant called me and told me I had diabetes, my blood sugar was over 130 and I needed to get into the office asap. After asking him several questions he said he was sorry he said he had so many call backs he must have mixed up the files, my tests came out fine

Five Star experience with Dr. Li and her team. Dr Li listened to my concern and I feel very comfortable with her. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Her receptionist and assistants are super friendly and polite. Will recommend Dr. Li to my friends!!!!
