I fell off a ladder at work broke my neck,I could not make my own decisions now after being fused back together approximately 2 months latter they send me back to this doctor and he tells me directly to my face he can not do anything else for me.I would really like to know if this is because workers comp and money. Here I sit a year and a half later in immense pain and their system of doctors tier Hermann hospital won't even try to HELP me I can I Only figure because workers comp.kicked to kirb.

June 12, 2010, I landed in the trauma bay of Memorial Hermann. I was told that I would have to have surgery to fix a broken bone in my back. Dr. Schmitt was my surgeon. Five days later, I was having that surgery and was up and *walking* before I ever left the hospital. Six years later, my hardware is stable, my scar is almost non-existant, and I owe my life to this man.
