She was the best, unfortunately I stop seen her, cause she stop accepting LA CARE j wish I can be her patient once again. I recommend DR. O'DELL

Dr Odell is simply the best and I can’t thank her enough. She is very detailed and really took the time to explain all options.

Dr. O'Dell was highly unprofessional. She doesn't have her patients best interest in mind and tries to squeeze as much money out of them as possible. I came in for a routine check, but Dr. O'Dell recommended additional assessments that were extremely expensive and medically unnecessary. After the examination I received a huge surprise bill. Her office was refused to discuss the bill and was generally unhelpful and difficult to reach. Bottom line: Stay away, and if you have to go, make sure to constantly ask about upcharges

Waited over an hour for a morning appointment. Office was completely uncommunicative during a CT authorization process which took 6 weeks. I called twice every week and no one returned my call ONCE. I was in the dark the entire time and ended up having to call my insurance who it turns out had authorized the request two weeks prior but the office never notified me. I found out later that it took so long due to insurance not authorizing one of the requests but the bottom line is that the Doctor's office never called me once to tell me what was going on, and this was after me calling them 8 times as well as eventually complaining to customer experience.

Very thorough; takes as much time as necessary to evaluate and then discuss the problem and her recommendation. Fully explains proposed procedures and follow-up. Works with an amazing staff at Keck USA Hospital making you feel comfortable and confident during surgery. Great follow through post surgery ensuring that best results are achieved.
