I had a great experience with Dr. Karlee Ausk. She is an excellent listener, very thorough in explaining details, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her positive and reassuring attitude made me feel confident and well cared for. After my appointment, I felt uplifted and grateful to have her as my doctor. I was previously a patient of Dr. Rees Lui, who was also an amazing doctor. When she retired, she referred me to Dr. Karlee Ausk, and I couldn’t be happier with the transition. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she brings to her practice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ausk is a really competent specialist who relates like a regular person.

The care team is truly excellent! Most the time, it is very difficult to schedule an appointment. Would be great if they had a bit more administrative support staff.

I had to scramble and make calls to get an appointment with ANYONE!! that wasn't 2 1/2 months away from when I was discharged from the hospital. After my appointment sooner with Dr Ausk, I consider myself lucky to see a very good one.

The bad - follow up visits for this provider were being scheduled 3 months out and I needed to be started on a new medication fairly urgently. I doubt this is the fault of any individual MD and more the fault of Swedish's care model. It is also possible the front office staff didn't understand this was an appointment for a 'new' needThe good - Dr. Ausk realized my need without any prompting on my part and got the process for insurance approval, etc started before my visit. I ended up receiving the first dose of medication before my visit with her. I greatly appreciate this thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
