Dr. Karlyn Huddy, MD

She is a fantastic doctor. Very caring person

My wife is a Doctor. She just retired after 32 years at Evergreen Hospital. Wife's work was OR based, which means she worked directly with most Evergreen surgeons and closely with most supporting specialists (including Cardiologists). My wife knows who is really good at Evergreen. When I exhibited cardio symptoms after hard exercise my wife pushed me to see Dr. Huddy. I had seen other cardiologists at Evergreen, (good ones my wife had picked), but my wife said Dr Huddy was "special", and I should make the switch. I did as I was told. Dr. Huddy is exceptional! Inquiring, thorough and aggressive, she moved so quickly in her testing that I missed one, ( assuming it would be a month out not a week). What really struck me though was the amount of time she spent with me at our first meeting. I worried that I was messing up her schedule for the day. She spent that time to tell me about herself, and to learn about my work, family, kids, Etc., not just my symptoms. .... Wow!

Dr Huddy is the kind of physician we all want to care for us. She is easy to relate to and talk to. Excellent listener, very kind in her approach. Her focus is on you and you can sense the connection. She is very inclusive in the treatment plan wanting to understand how you feel. Outstanding physician in all aspects of care and excellent follow up. Felt very confident with her and her intention to take excellent care of me.

I have been so happy with Dr. Huddy and her nurse. They are careful and thorough in their examination. They also are interested in me as more than a "case" but as a person. I felt compete confidence in Dr. Huddy.

Excellent care,consideration,very professional, good listener. I am very disappointed that my insurance is not associated with Evergreen and will not approve of any follow up requests.
