I WAITED FOR 1 HOUR TO SEE HIM AND THEN HE DIDN'T HAVE MY MEDICAL HISTORY THAT I HAD SENT TO HIM . HE NEVER EXAMINED ME SAID THAT I WAS TOO FAT AND THAT HE WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

BIG front office problems
Dr. Venkatesh is fine. However, his front office staff has a very high rate of turnover. They do not return calls. They give out incorrect instructions and information. Dealing with these people made me vow to find an alternative doctor in the future. Scheduling my procedure was a very stressful experience.

Stressed Out – Oct 18, 2022

Cutting corners has consequences
Love the doc and the anesthesiologists. When a nurse sees your blood pressure and says “whoaaa” they should be fired in my opinion. The center put a small adult cuff on my forearm, causing incorrect blood pressure. No socks, no wheelchair, no drinks but water. I understand cutting costs but no cuffs? Super important. I went from 220/112 to 126/80 in the car. Unnecessary stress. Yes, my cuff is good. Just watch your care until you are in the procedure. It can be sketchy. No call to check on me either. They always did that and said they would but didn’t. ****REPEAT multiple times if you have joint implants. I had to call my hip surgeon that evening for antibiotics as I wasn’t given any for the biopsy. Won’t be back (hopefully) until quality changes. They had the waiting room packed and no sanitizer in sight.

I have gone to Dr. Venkatesh for almost 20 years. I would highly recommend him and his staff -- they are always kind, courteous and he is highly recommended by my Doctor. I am greatful that he has taken such good care of me and will continue to go to him until he retires.

I have been with Dr. Vink since 2003. 2006 I was severely sick and had several major surgeries. I seen him everyday in the hospital for 2 months. 2007 I went back for more and he was there on standby incase he was needed. I was a mess. I trust my life with this man. His staff is great to work with also.

I have known Vank since I was 19 (chrones) -- I've had 4 colon recession surgeries, he is an excellent doctor. Most my other doctors know him well - he is a top doc. He takes the time to explain everything and his knowledge and skill level are second to none...
