I am a patient of Dr Kashif Alvi. he performed a bladder stimulator surgery. I had urinary incontinence which has resolved . I am very happy with the results .

Dr Alvi has been treating me for my incotinence. We tried multiple different methods and he suggested we tried Axonics. The trial worked with 100% improvement. I will be getting the permanent Axonics implant. Life changer, thank you Dr Alvi, you are the best.

I have been dealing with bladder leakage. I had a sling procedure by Dr Alvi and I don’t have to wear pads anymore . He has a very kind staff and I am very happy with the results .

I hoped to have a relatively painless procedure, during insertion of the expanding stint and also later when it was removed.. I tried the Itind procedure with Dr. Alvi. It is an expanding stint the widens the path for urine to flow. I was put asleep for the insertion of the Itind device. I had constant pain. Eight days after the device was inserted, I was scheduled for removal. It has a long string that attached to it on the outside of the body. I was unfortunately given no anesthetic during the approximate 2 minute removal. The doctor pulled hard to remove the device, and the pain was beyond description. I am writing this review so that any man who wants to try the Itind device needs to demand general anesthetic or at least local anesthetic before the removal process. On the positive side, I am almost healed now, and have much better urine flow. Dr. Alvi assured me that all future removals of the Itind device will include anesthetic.

I was leaking wirh coughing and going to the gym. I was wearing 4 pads every day. I had a human tissue sling placed by Dr Alvi. The leakage is gone and i do hot have to wear pads anymore. He is a miracle worker. Thanks to Dr ALVI.
