Knowledgeable and Compassionate
I have known Dr. Irfan for many years as a friend and a patient. In both instances he has been nothing but kind, caring and compassionate. He takes his time listening to your concerns by asking right questions for proper assessment and if any prescription is needed. If you want a doctor who listens to you and sees you as someone he can help, he will do just that. I highly recommend him!!

Great doctor
Dr Irfan sincerely cares. He called personally to check up on me after injections. He reassures you on the plan and expectations. Just a wonderful doctor and great staff

Steer clear
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr Irfan does not know his patience no matter how long they have been seeing him. You always feel like a new patient. He doesn’t know your medical history. He doesn’t know the procedures he’s done to you even with his computer right in front of him. He knows no medical information about you. Pay closer attention to what he tells you because he contradicts himself a lot. he gets you in there he gets you addicted to pain pills then he wants to do injections and a stimulator because that’s where the money is at. His office do not care if you’re not comfortable with the treatment they just push it on you anyways he changes PAs about once a year. it is very hard to get an appointment with him unless you are scheduled for a procedure that requires him the only time you get an appointment with him is if you requested and even sometime then you do not get to see him.

Communication BAD but allows med adjustments
Inconsistent attitude, sometimes nice other times very dismissive. Office communication needs a lot of work. Their overseas scheduling service seems nice enough but apparently doesn't transfer communication to the office. Office tries to charge patient for 'no shows' when they've called in and cancelled days ahead. I've overhead other patients dealing with this, it's not just me. Twice I showed up for appointments that they made (I still had the appointments cards they made out) and they said I didn't have an appointment! Then I had to wait for over an hour as a walk in just to get a prescription refill. They said 'Oh we took your appointment off because (yet another NP quit) BUT THE OFFICE NEVER INFORMED ME. Once the office called and said the doctor would contact me with an E-appointment I waited around and he never called. So....that is downside. On the positive side: they will allow you to adjust your meds according to your needs.

Terrible
There aren’t enough characters available to explain all of the awful experiences I’ve had with Dr Irfan and his office. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. His service as well as the service of his staff is horrendous. This office and business has to be one of the most poorly managed and operated businesses I’ve encountered. I truly can’t think of another business that is ran worse than this. It’s a miracle that they’re able to keep patients at all.

Dr Efforn is dishonest and a liar. He tricks people to go see him and then charge the patiants, He told me repetealy that is in my network and then he charges my insurance for out of network, He calls me on his personal cellphone and tells me to give him another chance and promised me that he is my network and I shouldn't be concerned. Then sends a claim to my insurance and submit is as Out of Network. What a liar!! shame on you!

He is a great doctor. He understands what your body needs and offers to shed light on new treatment options and what is effective for your pain. My pain is high because of cancer and other chronic conditions. He will explain what and why this or that will work and how to manage different types of pain. He doesn’t sugar coat how serious my cancer is and shared how my type of cancer affected his family. He listens to your concerns about your body and your fears. He is compassionate and cares. ???

Dr. Irfan is amazing!! I can't say enough great things about him. I have been suffering from migraines and upper back pain most of my life and he is the first doctor to give me actual relief. He truly cares about his patients and has an excellent bedside manner. If you need a pain doctor go to him you will not be sorry.
