ALWAYS A PLEASURE.
Went to see Dr. Bilcha yesterday with a small concern for a lump on my leg. As always, he was very pleasant and showed concerned. Did a biopsy and am waiting for the results. No worries ,know I am in good hands with this MD. Have been seeing him for several years, just wished he was a primary MD and was the only MD I had to see. Very professional, but never felt rushed.

Review for Dr. Bilcha
Dr. Bilcha explained the procedure very well and his assistant made sure that I felt no pain as he asked several times if I could feel anything. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He smiled continually which I read as a sign of a caring doctor. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bilcha looking for an outstanding, very thoroughly, caring dermatologist!

Recent In Office Surgical Procedure
Office staff and Dr. Bilcha’s medical assistant were courteous and professional and answered my questions. Exam room was very clean. Dr. Bilcha was friendly, professional; he apologized for my wait (which was not excessive). Dr. Bilcha conducted a minor surgical procedure on my neck. He was very efficient, explained everything that he was doing and was concerned that I was comfortable. I experienced no pain other than administering the local anesthetic to the site. Post surgery wound care and follow-up instructions were very clear. I was given opportunities to ask questions. My questions were answered fully in a courteous manner. I was provided with written post-surgical care instructions. Office staff made a follow up appointment for me for suture removal.

Recent Surgery Administered by Dr. Bilcha
The very first thing that stood out was the fact my surgery took place exactly on time as originally scheduled-- exceptionally punctual! Dr. Bilcha was most informative on the procedure he was to preform, his bedside manner was exceptional, he answered every single question I had prior to the surgery, during the surgery, and post operative from the surgery. Additionally, I had a concern over the weekend and placed a follow-up call and Dr. Bilcha himself called me within minutes of my original call and then followed up again within 24 hours to see how I was doing. I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism by Dr. Bilcha and his sincere concern for my health.

Just what I needed
As this was my first time in the office, the swiftness of every aspect was FIRST CLASS!Large Mole, growth PCP believed was cancerous, was examined and removed same visit! WOW!BTW, my PCP gave me a referal to another Derm, NO Appointments for over 3 months.Called Dr. B office, 6 days.I recommend him for everyone!
