Rude Billing Staff
I'd love to leave of a review of Dr. Leppard, but I never got to see her. I asked for an appointment to meet Dr. Leppard and be evaluated for chronic pain and nerve issues. In the past I had great success with a physiatrist in a different state. When I got the call from the office to confirm my appointment, which I had waited weeks for, I asked to confirm my insurance and copay costs. They gave me a number much higher than my copay, which I questioned. The person who does the billing then got on the phone and was extremely rude. She told me the number quoted was a down payment for testing. I told her I wasn't going for testing, but instead to meet with the doctor for a diagnosis. I think it's only fair to meet with a physician before discussing expensive testing. She then rudely informed me the doctor doesn't give out medication. This is something I am very aware of and didn't need to be told considering how long I was with my past physiatrist. She then talked about how expe

Outstanding clinical diagnostician (almost a lost art) who took time to listen to my medical issues, quickly performed diagnostic tests and expedited proper specialty care that prevented a major life changing disability from occurring! Personable, professional, knowledgeable, and up to date on latest medical interventions and treatment techniques.

I'm very impressed with Dr. Leppard. Very thorough visit throughout. She explained all my options in detail. I never felt rushed at all. Dr Leppard got on the internet to look up pictures of proper stretches. Excellent visit!!
