She lies. She said she's "well experienced" with the condition of our child then Dr. Austin mercilessly caused intentional suffering, taking our child from 'able' to 'bed bound', then abandoned abruptly aftee we stuck with her for near a year. She said 1 thing then did another! Her hugs in beginning gave false sense of security and she smiled and hugged till she came in cold as ice saying she can't treat our child afterall! We rushed to find a real doctor but damage was done.. We trusted her!Dr!

She is very thorough & a very good listener. However, Sometimes it's hard to work with her staff. Their follow through can be frustrating.

Doctor Austin is very polite , nice , understanding and she shows she actually cares about her patients health she actually takes the time to talk and listen to you her staff is also very polite she is a wonderful Dr I am glad I found her !
