She didn't want to listen during the visit. Suppose to be a pain management which is a laugh seeing as she didn't care to manage nor help with pain Worst doctor ever, do not visit.

I would leave a -1 if I could for this doctor. I described a simple condition to this doctor perfectly (I now know it was sciatica and had a laminectomy to fix it). I described it as pain in my buttocks going to my knees and to my calfs - this doctor should have known that it was sciatica. This is the common symptoms of sciatica. I stayed in severe pain for months because she could not diagnose a simple condition that needed surgery. I felt as if the Dr. Guran treated me as a drug seeking person and did not listen to anything I said. As soon as I went to an emergency room because I could no longer walk the Dr. knew immediately what it was. If you see this doctor run away if you can. Go somewhere else. Hope you find a good doctor.--- Dr. Guran isn't one. I would stay away from this entire practices' office. You have been warned.

Avoid this doctor at all costs. My wife has a painful neurological condition which requires a nerve blocking medication. Dr. Guran and her office staff at both locations treated my wife as if she was a drug-seeking addict. During the initial visit she cut my wife’s previous medication dosage in half. This was insufficient to control her pain and during subsequent visits Dr. Guran continued to treat my wife like a junkie. She was inconsistent and did not listen to my wife’s concerns. She refused to suggest alternate treatments. During the four months of treatment, my wife had to go to the ER on three occasions due to complications from insufficient dosages because of pain induced vomiting to the point of vomiting blood. Today, Dr. Guran elected to discontinue providing services for my wife. Without these pills my wife can potentially have a stroke as the medication leaves her system. Dr. Guran should be ashamed of her apathy and disinclination to provide competent care.
