Dr. Hein was absolutely incredible during my breast cancer journey. I never imagined my breast reconstruction could look so good after going through a double mastectomy. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and talented in her craft, she also had so much compassion during my recovery. I appreciated her direct approach in answering all of my questions and letting me know what was feasible in my particular situation. The icing on the cake is that she has the most diligent, kind and supportive team working alongside her. Every interaction with each member of her staff was truly a pleasure, namely Heather, Sharon and Dany. I’m extremely happy with the work she did, am glad to be on the other side of this journey and honestly feel like the process couldn’t have gone more seamless given the situation.

Kathleen was wonderful. I felt safe and comfortable while having my treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and will be returning!

Secretary is rude. Charged different price than doctor quoted. Too busy to answer simple questions. Over charged for facial products found elsewhere much much lower !

I can’t say enough good words about Dr. Hein. She has truly changed my life. Since I was younger I always had extremely large breasts. It always bothered me and made me feel a little less confident in my overall look. I’ve never had a surgery before my breast reduction and became ok with the idea of having large breasts for the rest of my life. Dr. hein was supportive of the entire process as I navigated my way with the insurance company to get my surgery approved. Her staff is also amazing! They are all so nice and so friendly when you go to the office. It’s been 3 months since my breast reduction and I’m so happy with the results. I can’t stop talking about my surgery and Dr.Hein. She is amazing at what she does and is great with people! I would highly recommend her if you are considering a reduction.

I had a breast reduction a year ago and results were amazing and life changing. She was also able to get my insurance (Blue cross) to cover after other surgeons were not able to do so. I highly recommned Dr. Hein. She is very compassionate, warm and genuinely cares about her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hein since 2007. She has performed multiple procedures on me over the years. I want to say she is one of the most skilled compassionate surgeons. Dr. Hein goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are comfortable, informed and satisfied. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I trust her input and guidance when seeking out advice on matters that are very personal and important. I can't say enough about her staff as well, they too always go above and beyond to make you feel very special and important when you are in their office. I will continue to use Dr. Hein for all my cosmetic needs.

I had my post op appointment today ( Mommy Makeover ) and I am so excited to say I couldn't be happier! Dr. Hein has been wonderful through this entire process and her staff is great! I brought my daughter (6 year old) to see Dr. Hein for an unusual spot on her leg and she as well as her staff were all very friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Hein made my very anxious little one feel at ease, and provided us exceptional care. My 14 year old daughter recently had a breast reduction and lift from Dr. Hein. From the first visit, Dr,. Hein was warm, approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. We met with a number of female plastic surgeons in MA and Dr. Hein won us over from the start; she made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. We actually live 2 1/2 hours away from her office and hospital and never even considered that too far as the are was so excellent. Dr. Hein did a beautiful job with the surgery and it was life changing for my daughter. Also, Dr. Hein was always reachable including after the surgery. Her office was also very easy to work with; the office staff took care of everything that they needed to. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

She removed a lesion but obviously didn't get it all because it grew back and was a Stage 2b melanoma before it got diagnosed properly.

I had a Blepharoplasty (upper eyelids) four weeks ago. I have been amazed by the entire process with Dr. Hein and her staff. Dr. Hein is very personable and attentive to detail in her work. Her experience in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery is evident. The office staff is friendly and very efficient with scheduling and paperwork. It was just 16 days from my initial call to my surgery - including my initial consultation, pre-op appointment at hospital, and surgery. 5 stars across!

I had multiple lacerations on my face, including a gash in the bridge of my nose, from a fall. I saw her as a follow up to my ER visit. She was gentle, kind, and gave me excellent care. She also provided advice for treatment of my nose (inevitable scar) and the option to have it revised in the future.

Dr Katherine Hein has the BEST hands in the Business !!! The Office is very knowledgeable and very kind you will never have to see another Dr .

Dr. Hein is professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed and she explained medical terms to me as well.

I had surgery with Dr Hein 10 years ago and again 1 1/2 years ago. I have also had minor excisions in the office as well as Botox and Dermal fillers. I couldn't be happier with all my results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Hein to my friends and family. If you went to this surgeon, you would not regret it.

Run don't walk from this totally unskilled surgeon. I am paying the price long after my surgery and will have to for the rest of my life.
