Dr. Katherine Ross, and the rest of the staff at the clinic are wonderful. Dr. Ross is very experienced, knowledgeable, attentive, caring. The staff were supportive through every step of. I highly recommend them. Easy to reach out , ask questions and get a quick answer.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support we received from Dr. Katherine Melzer-Ross and her wonderful assistant Dally. Over the course of a year and a half, she guided us through our fertility journey with compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication. Dr. Melzer-Ross's knowledge and expertise in the field of fertility was evident from our very first consultation. She took the time to understand our unique situation, patiently answering all of our questions and providing us with a personalized treatment plan that ultimately led to our success. Dr. KMR's assistant Dally's warm and caring demeanor made every phone call or email sent a positive experience. Thanks to the expertise and care of Dr. Melzer-Ross and Dally, we are now on our way to parenthood. We cannot recommend Dr. Melzer-Ross and Genesis enough to anyone on their own fertility journey.

Dr. Katherin Melzer is a kind, considerate, professional person. I am grateful for his support. I had a goal, and I achieved it thanks to my doctor, it was not easy for me to get pregnant, because before I got to this clinic, I had three miscarriages. After 7 years of pain, I hopefully turned to Dr. Katrin and today I am the happiest person. I am the mother of a beautiful child. Thanks to her and the entire Genesis clinic for their support. It always makes sense to fight, especially when you have professionals on your side.

I was seeing Dr. Ross for 7 months. I started with IUI’s then quickly moved onto IVF as I wanted a baby asap. She is extremely through in explaining every step of the IVF process which was very comforting because I was initially afraid of what’s to come. Her bedside manner is one I haven’t seen before, she is just a pleasure to be around and took excellent care of me. I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant with a baby girl and it’s all thanks to the wonderful help of Dr. Ross.

When I started my IVF journey to grow my family a few years back I knew it wouldn’t be easy. Without help it hadn’t been easy at that point. I can tell you all one thing for sure, without Dr. Ross not only would I not have two of my babies- I also wouldn’t have answers. She has been a guiding light through all of this and in my house she is family. You can’t lie to people and tell them better days are coming, you can’t promise you’ll be able to help them or that you can solve this infertility problem. But you can listen and Dr. Ross heard us. It takes very special person to be able to do the job thst Dr. Ross does, and I cannot say enough positive things about the wonderful Doctor that she is. Dr. Ross is more than just a Dr because she remembers you are a person and not just another infertility patient. Five stars, highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Ross.

We began our journey at Genesis about two years ago. From the very beginning Dr. Ross was always honest and up front about what treatment would best work for us which we greatly appreciate! She was always very compassionate and very responsive to all my emails.It was a long and sometimes painful journey but so worth it in the end .Currently pregnant with our baby boy arriving this July

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Ross and the team at Genesis. I previously used a different hospital for IVF and moved for a few different reasons. Mainly, I found the multiple offices easy for me especially when having to go so often. Secondly, I found that Dr Ross listened to my concerns about medicine previously used and how I wanted to proceed this time. The RNs, and medical assistants were all very helpful and warm. I believe moving my care to Genesis put my mind at ease and was the right decision for me

It was mostly a pleasant experience with Dr. Melzer. I appreciate the time and effort put into the care I received. My concerns were addressed so I was satisfied.

Dr. Ross and the entire staff at Genesis were absolutely wonderful throughout our IVF journey. We had a somewhat difficult journey before coming across Dr. Ross/Genesis. I can say that Dr. Ross is always available to answer all questions via visits or email and displays genuine support and care to her patients. The nurses are all wonderful and after awhile they become part of your extended family as they help you grow your own. We will be forever grateful to them all for helping us to expand our family.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled this time because of how pleased we were with Dr. Ross. It took five times for us to conceive and Dr. Ross's guidance throughout the process made everything painless and actually enjoyable (because she and her team are so great). She took excellent care of me and I trusted all her recommendations. I'm glad I did because I had some wacky ideas but she was confident that we would be able to start a family in a way that was as least invasive as possible. She didn't push for any procedures, furthermore she gave us the information and shared her expertise in order for us to make an informed decision. I couldn't recommend anyone more than Dr. Ross.

Dr. Ross is so great! She is so kind, patient, and welcoming. She has helped me conceive in a short amount of time thanks to her expertise! The entire office is so kind, pleasant, and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Genesis!

My experience with Dr. Ross and Genesis in its entirety was amazing. Dr. Ross always listened and answered all of my questions. She was sensitive to my needs and never made me feel uncomfortable. She helped me cope with my miscarriage and helped me gain the strength to move on to IVF and I am now pregnant with a baby boy! She made my dreams of being a mother come true! I kinda wish I didn't have to see a reg OBGYN and I could just stay with her! She is the best along with Dr.Kulak who did my embryo transfer and my egg retrieval. Kathy at the front desk, all the IUI nurses and IVF nurses were all so nice and attentive at all times. Genesis is like a big family and I was at home when I was there. Dr. Ross always remembered all of the little details about my life and that made all of the difference. She made me feel like an important person and not another number.
