Excellent, from entering the office to when leaving. Knowledgeable staff and, of course, the Doctor. I'm lucky to have found her. Very caring.

Dr Michener gives my dad helpful information and communicates well with him, with me and the rest of his medical team. She looks at his whole quality of life when advising him on how to proceed. She is the rare doctor who has actually spoken to me directly on the phone. I highly recommend her! Only slight drawback is that the office space is a little tight for a power wheelchair to maneuver, but the staff is accommodating.
