Very understanding and patience. Once results came in for my daughter, Dr. Quinones followed up immediately with a phone call by reviewing the results and sending my daughter medications to the pharmacy. Dr. Quinones asked questions pertaining to my daughter health and remembered the little things my daughter mentioned at the visit.
