She is always a very good listener and understands what I’m trying to say and she helps me fix the problem. I was having a memory issue and it was one of the side effects of a medication I was taking. I actually can focus better now.

I was disappointed to hear Dr Voss is leaving the Urology Group. She provided very thorough care to me in the past several years.

Dr. Voss is a wonderful doctor. She listens and takes time to explain what is going on. She is also very kind. I have had two bladder surgeries with her and I would not want any other doctor. She takes care of the problem.

Her staff is very helpful and they were ready to take care of me and I was treated with respect and kindness.

Dr Voss was concise and to the point about a path forward. I did a blood test and personally informed of the results. Steps going forward were explained and executed.

Dr Voss took time to listen to my physical complaints and make reasoned deductions about the options of treatment that were available for my condition. She allowed me to participate in the decision process that I found refreshing. As a retired physician I found her very empathetic towards my difficult to treat medical condition. I am hoping I do well with my upcoming procedure and am thankful I have such a caring physician. I am sorry to hear she is leaving the group - she will be hard to replace.

She was so good and everything she advertised me to and she did for me worked very well. I just can’t say enough positive things about her.

Very happy with the help. All questions answered and they seem interested in finding solutions that work for me.

I am fine with Dr. Voss. I am not fine, however, with my appointment for bloodwork on the 24th of February and not getting a call until Wednesday, March 5th, that I have a UTI. That is just not acceptable.

Dr. Voss was attentive, heard my concerns and discussed them with me. She reassured me through my concerns and was extremely professional throughout the appointment and exam. Would highly recommend.

The Dr was great, loved the PA. I had a pretty extensive surgery and only talked to Dr Voss once afterwards. The office , scheduling was horrible ; no one calls back and it took a week of me calling to get an appointment to schedule the surgery and to get a stent removed. The stent removal was scheduled wrong. I had a stent in for four weeks, it seemed like no one cared about it and I felt like I was being viewed as overreacting to the pain of it. The outpatient center for was able to get me in next day and they were all great.The scheduling process needs to be addressed. It should not take a week to talk to someone to get on a calendar and should be able to speak with someone when you call the schedule line rather than them call you back. Patients are customers!

Dr. Voss was very patient, personable and professional. She exhibited a genuine concern for my problem, and immediately began the process of reliving me from my situation. I am profoundly grateful Dr. Voss was my surgeon.
