Dr Bybel did some blood tests on me and although some of the results were borderline normal and others high, she said everything was normal.My gyno asked me to see an endocrynologist, but Dr Bybel refused to write a referral for this (not only once, but 2 times), even though it had been recommended by a doctor who had been previously treating me.When I called TRICARE to ask about this referral, they said a doctor cannot deny a patient the right to a referral.I have since changed PCN
