I was a patient with Dr. ElNaggar for over a year. She was frequently unprepared for our appointments. With each visit it felt like she was seeing me for the first time which essentially meant that we were starting over with each visit. As a result it felt like she was working out of a textbook when making decisions regarding medications as opposed to making decisions that were geared toward me as an individual.

I have known Dr. Elnaggar for many years and she has helped me because of her understanding of my problems, knowledgeable clear speaking the English language which is needed for healthier recovery plans. Thanks Mike
