A caring, good listener
I found Dr. Kopel to be a good listener, hearing my needs and requests. She is thorough in ordering tests or further examinations if she or I have questions about symptoms or conditions.

The communication skills of this doctor are by far the poorest I've experienced in a professional setting. Despite paying $40 for less than a 4-minute consultation, she failed to address any of my concerns or provide reasoning behind her decisions. Additionally, her approach lacks fairness, as she casually dismissed the cost of necessary medication with a comment like "shouldn't be that much." I have taken steps to file a formal grievance against her. In my opinion, she ranks among the least competent doctors I've encountered and urgently requires further training.
