After a sudden hearing loss, I immediately called Dr Livingston's office. Even though I was an existing patient, I was told I couldn't get in for 3 weeks. I called 2-3 times a week asking about cancellations to get in sooner. No luck. When I saw Dr. L, and told him about the sudden hearing loss, he responded 'Well, if you had come in right away, I probably could have helped you! He also said he can't control what the appointment staff tells patients. He said the only thing he could do was give me shots in my ear which didn't help. I went to an ENT in Jensen Beach who put me on diuretics and other instructions to help my hearing return which worked.

Extremely poor experience. Rushed, flippant, impolite but most importantly didn’t even check issues that needed checking even after bringing it up!

Sincerest appreciation to Dr. Livingston and his assistant Amber for staying an extra half hour after office closed to treat me on probably busiest day of year for them, the Friday before Christmas. I had sudden hearing loss in one ear and they agreed to stay late and give me the necessary steroid injection in the ear. Their unselfish compassion symbolizes what the season is really all about. Thank you Dr. Livingston!

Dr. Livingston listens, does not make you feel rushed and is very knowledgeable. I was very impressed and happy that I chose to go to him as my ENT specialist!

My first appointment with Dr. Livingston was on 11/30/17 for a sore throat that he quickly diagnosed (after a biopsy of my left tonsil) as malignant. Dr. Livingston then referred me for a few scans at Vero Radiation. At the next appointment he referred me to Moffitt Cancer Center Tampa. At my initial appointment at Moffitt with the surgery team I was told that my tonsil cancer was earliest diagnosed they had seen, and because of that a good chance of complete cure. the Doc saved my life!

Dr Livingston is extremely knowledgeable, competent, caring, efficient. He helped our family navigate through years of a very difficult treatment and diagnosis over the course of 5 years. He takes time to explain things and displays empathy and a high level of expertise in his field. Each and every member of his staff have been courteous, caring, and efficient. We are thankful to have found him and will continue to utilize his services as needed.We highly recommend him.

Dr. Livingston doesn’t only care about your ears, nose and throat. He got me in with a shoulder surgeon and a pain management specialist to treat a rotator cuff tear I’ve had for the last 13 years. My tonsillectomy was FLAWLESS. I healed beautifully with minimal complications. (Yes, it hurt BAD) Yes, he’s quick and blunt, but it’s because he’s in high demand & the absolute best at what he does. I couldn’t be more pleased. THANK YOU!

I recently needed care for a blocked ear and was given an appointment within several days. The experience from the time I walked in the office was very pleasant. Dr. Jeffrey Livingston is the most compassionate and caring physicians that I go to. He spends time with you, listens to what you have to say, and guides your care professionally. His staff is great too! For a larger practice in the area, it has a personal feel to it. The staff have been long time employees and remember the patients names. My children, husband and I have been receiving care from Dr. Livingston for at least 12 years now.
