Dr. Kathleen Minnick, MD

Dr Minnick is very professional and courteous. She goes out of her way to explain things and make you feel comfortable. I ended up having a surgery and the scars are barely even visible. I recovered quickly and had the appropriate after care services on-time. Her office and nursing staff work hard and help to create a professional healthcare setting. I highly recommend her.

I had breast surgery. Doctor Minnick did it and you couldn't tell whatsoever that I had surgery

Dr Minnick was extremely informative regarding my type of breast cancer. She wrote everything down during our visits and gave me a copy of our discussion. I found this so useful because of course you tend to forget some things. Her staff was always pleasant and helpful! The surgical scar on my breast is barely visible. She did an EXCELLENT job! I would not have wanted anyone else to guide me through my breast cancer journey. All and all, she was absolutely amazing!

Dr. Minnick is very knowledgeable and patient. She is a straight shooter and direct which is what you want in your surgeon, or at least what I want. She makes you feel secure and comfortable. I was nervous before every appointment leading up to surgery but after my appointments with her, I felt like I was in good hands and I was!!!! Would recommend Dr Minnick to family and friends!

Doctor Kathleen Minnick, along with her team, are incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Neither her office environment nor staff made me feel comfortable. As I sat with Dr. Minnick in the office, she spoke to my mom and shushed her. Doctors should not act in this manner towards family members of patients. Six months after being diagnosed with breast cancer, I have not yet had surgery. It was obvious that they were swindling my insurance funds. I was continuously sent to appointments. To this day, I do not know what my status is and I am unsure of what is happening. My condition was not clearly explained nor did she listen to or answer my questions. The appointment scheduling process was difficult and waiting times were lengthy. After switching doctors I was able to get things underway within a month. In contrast, with Dr. Minnick, it took me six months and even then my surgery was not scheduled and I was left confused. All in all, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr Kathleen Minnick was about the worst Dr I have ever seen and been to. Not only was she unprofessional, especially with the tone of her voice, but she lacked consideration towards me. She provided no comfort nor any direction to assist me in my cure. Today, I lost insurance money and am still trying to figure my situation out without her. Don’t go to her as it’s an immense waste of time and energy. Find someone who will TRULY care.

Dr Minnick is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring and patient. You can speak to actual people when you call her office and they are caring. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent outcome and loved her direct demeanor. I had a prophylactic double mastectomy in 2017. Wound healed well. Her office staff were also friendly and when they had to change an appt called to do so. I admit I was a compliant patient. I have and would recommend her to friends and family.

This is a continuation from my last review.. when she walked in she said she did not want me as a patient any longer. She said I never responded to letters sent which I never received. I felt why let me drive to your office to tell me you don't want me as a patient any more. I felt this was heartless and a waste of time.. save yourself the trouble and choose someone else

I really like this doctor. I have no problem with the surgery she did or the following appointments, My problem was the last appointment scheduled. . I arrived for an 11 am appointment only to be told it had been rescheduled . When I said no one had called, I was told they had sent me a letter! .Letter went out the 17th to cancel an appointment on the 23rd. You can call my cell, text ,me , or email. Why in this day and age would you use snail mail?

I have never completed an on-line survey for either positive or negative feedback but I just had to write to say that our experience with Dr. Minnick was absolutely incredible. She spent a lot of time diagramming, explaining, and the discussing next steps, the team, and what to expect. I have seen quite a bit and she absolutely blew me away. I saw Dr. Minnick 4 years ago and I waited two weeks for an appointment, to have his staff call me and cancel my appointment because the office didn't have one test result, even when I stress the urgency of my visit and offer to bring or fax the test results. I was told the doctors intrusions were to reschedule the appointment. I am highly disappointed that an office that deals with breast cancer would have staff that don't care when a patient expressed the urgency even after waiting two weeks

She is an excellent doctor. She explained everything to my family and I.I had to have a double mastectomy because I had a very aggressive cancer in both breasts. She explained to my family and I thre procedure that I was to have which was a double mastectomy and the other procedures involved. She explained what effects i could have afterwards. Also her manner is straightforward and caring which I found very reassuring.

Dr. Minnick is an excellent example of how all doctors should treat patients. She treated me like an intelligent person, calmed my fears, and gave me support when I needed it. Dr. Minnick is a rare find. Thanks for everything that you do.

I saw Dr. Minnick in 2012 when my mammogram illustrated high volume density. I was not getting a clear understanding what it all ment and decided to reach out to a specialist. With a history of all kinds of cancer in my immediate family, I was not taking any chances or unclear explanations. Dr. Minnick was amazing explaining all that was going on. She went into details regarding awareness and follow up. Two biopsy later we are staying on top of things. Peace of mind and heart.

Dr. Minnick wins best in breed. She has a brilliant mind, an upbeat personality and is a perfectionist. Her surgery is state of the art....clean and concise. I love her...you will too!!!
