Dr. Kathleen Mulligan, MD

I've been going to Dr. Mulligan for a handful of years now. She is knowledgable and in my experience, reassuring. When I had an urgent issue with birth control she followed up immediately, and with genuine concern and care. Her office staff are communicative, and some of the kindest and most professional which is hard to come by even when you find a doctor you like. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anyone.

I'm going to be honest here, Dr. Mulligan has truly been an awful, uncaring doctor. She is cold, rushes through each appointment, and you *will be* just a number. I felt a searing pain during my last pap smear--when I told her, she brushed me off as being dramatic. I went to the bathroom and was bleeding. She called me with a positive STD result; when I began processing that news, she rushed me off the phone and offered no comfort. She's made me feel unsafe, and like she is not my advocate.

Terrible beside manner. Been going to her for 10 years for my pap since she's conveniently located but I've always known she isn't a good doctor. She's not thorough and none of my appointments have ever lasted more than 5 minutes at most which is fine for a simple pap since I've been confident in the past that nothing is wrong with me. This time I went in with an issue and she was THE WORST. It was a 5min appt (as usual) she showed no regard for my concerns and couldn't answer any of my question

Do not waste your time. I checked with her office. They said they take my insurance I gave them my insurance name. I checked with my insurance she was in network. I take today off, Rush my kid to school rush to the office during morning commute, only to find out they decided not to take my insurance recently AND THEY ARE VERY SORRY! NOBODY called to inform me! I've been seeing Dr Mulligan for years and love her - I find her to be very responsive, patient and personable

I thought Dr. Mulligan was nice enough but I believe she overtreated my situation and did a poor job explaining the following test and costs. I was unfortunately slapped with a $800 bill. On top of that her staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Personally would not recommend.
