Long time patient. Jody is awesome can’t say enough good about her. Recent visit wait time was PAINFUL. Worse I’ve ever experienced at any doctors office

Dr. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. She goes the extra mile when trying to improve your health. When other doctors are only listening to the insurance companies, she listens to her patients. She saved my life several times. She is the best!

Jodie is very caring, knowledgeable and listens to on why I’m visiting. She makes you feel very comforting. Staff is warm and caring.

Dr. Kathy is the best and cares about every one of her patients.

Dr. Rathbun-Duncan, Carrianne ARNP, and Jodie have helped me stay healthy and happy. I have been with their group of doctors for more than 17 yrs. Thank you so much for helping me keep Crohns disease in remission. Thank you for caring about my mental health. Thank you for the telemedicine visits as well as having a triage in the office. You have been there for us during this pandemic too. God bless you all.

Would not do a telehealth call when sick and referred to walk-in yet she is primary physician

Handles my prescriptions in a proficient way. Wait time is excellent. Staff is friendly. Takes good care of me

They don't answer the phone. No vm. Just rings and rings. You will never meet Dr. Duncan because she never sets foot in the office. Patients are seen only by the NP's who are very nice but they are not doctors. Office staff is deplorable. No communication between NP's and office. RUN.

Dr. Kathleen Rathbun-Duncan is an extremely knowledgeable and personable physician. She not only provides the very best professional care for her patients, but she really, really, genuinely cares about their wellbeing; physically, emotionally, and mentally. She provides medical attention when needed; as well as monitors her patients to ensure that they have all of the medical and emotional support they need. She is approachable and easy to confide in. This gives her even more insight and knowledge into her patients' entire healthcare and needs. Her "bedside manners" are the best I've ever experienced! It's like you’re talking to your Mother and explaining, "why your tummy aches"; even though we're around the same age. LOL! She also educates you as a patient in how to better take care of yourself and improve your own physical health. She's that medical professional who knows just the right balance between professionalism and caring mother/best friend. More physicians should mirror her.

Once you become established and medicated for your ailments they will drop you and force you into chemical withdraws. I was forced off anti-depressants which was a very dangerous and unprofessional thing to do.

The in-house staff is awesome Kerri Anne ARNP is great but reception could be a lot better. One lady in particular is extremely rude and condescending. Their communication about billing is less than par. Have been told multiple different things every time I go.

If you are in need of family doctor Dr. Rathbun is it. She is not only knowledgeable in her field as is expected but compassionate and empathetic. She is a good listerner who allows her patients to speak and then she develop a treatment plan tailored to the individual. I trust Dr. Rathbun with my care and my family care.

Dr Rathbun's PA Cari is great. However the practices and policies of this office are horrible! They send labs out of network without consent. Now I owe over $300. For no reason. Could been covered if they used an in network lab. They will not return calls

Doctor Nancy. Is the best doctor here in Florida “5 stars” isn’t enough to explain what great service you receive, plus a great staff, Doctor Nancy doesn’t rush and spent as much time as needed to understand any issues then made sure I was getting the right care and help She went out of her way to try to expedite care services and appointments with a follow through that you don’t see anymore. If your looking for the best care and someone that understands I high recommend her office.

I have waited so long to see a doctor because my past experiences were never good, however Dr. Kathy was absolutely amazing. She knows me well and no matter what I am going through she really shows her interest and concern for my health. She goes above and beyond and I know that I am more than just a number to her. I would definitely recommend her to everyone, as well as her N.P. and P.A. Her entire staff from the front desk, to the nurses and providers are really a blessing. Thank you all!

I am in the medical field, insurance forced me to pick a PCP. I went for one annual check up in 2016. They took me back to a room that someone else was already in, left me in the hall and then back out front.. I had to have Stat surgery and because of pre op I had to return. I was charged hundreds of dollars for repeat tests. Billed repeatedly for the same items. Tried calling and talking to someone. Rude, no one listens, no one cares at that office. Never once saw the actual Dr. Stay away!!

You know it's funny because I was there twice and saw that thing that's supposed to be a Nurse Practitioner and never saw Dr Rathbun. I was treated like crap and Carianne needs an attitude adjustment before she ruins the practice! She's a rude little girl! She can't spell properly and needs to learn how to write. She's nothing but an eyesore! Some of questions below doesn't even make the poor rating, a real downer

This office fails to educate their employees about their policies. Every time I go in there, there is a problem even when scheduled for a simple annual physical.

I'm very disappointed that my mother called the office during business hours , for a refill for her blood pressure medication. My mother never received a call and her prescription was not called in. My mother is currently out of her blood pressure medication. When she contacted the answering service about the situation. She was told that the doctor does not want to be paged and to go to the ER. It's sad, that my mother could have a stroke b/c the doctor doesn't want to be paged.
