'Are you OK?'
Why be a Doctor if you dislike interacting with people? She interrupted me multiple times when describing symptoms, even rolling her eyes at one point! I actually had to stop, and ask her, 'Are you OK?' She said yes, please continue and I said, 'You seem frustrated.' She said she didn't like the mask she had to wear...... Spent about 10 minutes with me and referred all questions to a specialist. She gave me a prescription and didn't call it into CVS! Beyond unprofessional. Her bedside manner was atrocious. I've never been treated like this. Why would Acton Medical keep a doctor like this in their practice - horrible.

Great Care, Excellent Follow-up
Saw Dr. Oh for a strep-like infection. She listened to my symptoms and 'Dr. Google' theories with an open mind, and performed a thorough exam. She also performed several tests, and ultimately prescribed amoxicillin, which is proving an effective treatment. Dr. Oh called me with test results before I even got home. I was impressed, and would not hesitate to be treated by her in the future.

Excruciatingly unhelpful
I’m not certain where I should even begin with this treating physician. She was my primary care for several years because I was too weak to find someone who would be a true advocate for me until I happen upon one by mistake and learned the difference between kindness and compassionate care and what I was receiving from Dr. OH. When I was battling a mental health condition. She was more concerned with the fact that I had gained 15 pounds. even though I had a history of an eating disorder When I happen to go see her for excessive blood loss she had to Google the medication and then decided that she couldn’t give it to me as she was concerned, even though I had received it several times from my treating physician. And not certain if she solely lacked the clinical knowledge about how to treat my condition or if it just wasn’t in her area of concern. I have not felt as uncared for a by a doctor as I have when I was treated by her.

Dr. Oh is an excellent physician!
Dr. Oh made time in her busy day to accommodate a reschedule for me. She's professional, direct, asked pertinent questions, listened to my description of symptoms and recommended an xray immediately to determine an accurate diagnosis. She followed up with results right away and provided references and further information for me to enable me to pursue appropriate care. She was extremely helpful and also suggested additional follow-up per additional observations. I don't understand some of the other reviews I've seen on this site, I think she's an excellent diagnostician and didn't waste time helping me. I highly recommend her.

Saw Dr. Oh for cough that I had for several weeks. Seemed annoyed that I was taking up her time. Visit lasted less than 10 minutes.

Unfriendly, unhelpful. Scheduled me for imaging, which showed a mass. Did anyone call me with the results, or did she simply mail a letter a WEEK LATER stating they found a mass and "My nurse will be in touch with you about this."?

Dr. Oh lacks a compassionate bedside manner. I saw her for the flu, and she simply said, "You're the fourth one today," and handed me a barf bag. During a recent physical she flat out refused to help or make any suggestions about some allergy issues I'm dealing with, acting as if she didn't believe me. She didn't inquire about my past history with tick borne infections, my diet, what supplements I take, how much sleep I get, stress level (after teaching during a pandemic!), how much exercise I get, etc. It was a "check-the-box" physical, with a lack of interest and compassion in my own health concerns. I will looking for a new provider.
