No thanks-we quit this Doc
I decided I had enough of this provider. Medically speaking, she is very bright. Unfortunately there are other factors that have made it too difficult to get good care. Extremely poor communication from an extremely rude and frankly hostile front desk staff, as well as Kelsy. It’s just not worth the trouble anymore. I have a SIL and another friend who have been Dr. Wildy patients for many years and they have given up on this place as well. Kelsy has a very poor bedside manner and has said some very inappropriate things and she makes questionable decisions that take forever to get reversed. As another patient mentioned, Dr. Wildy’s toxic staff complain and for whatever reason Dr. Wildy takes their fabricated claims as gospel. I found a doctor who is very bright and consistently exercises good judgment and I am much happier and I’m doing much much better. In the last 8 months my sis in law and friend both walked away from this train wreck of a practice as well.

The office staff are rude, disorganized, lazy, and manipulative. The office staff are running the practice, not the doctor or health care system. The doctor will turn on you after her staff complain about you. No returned calls to messages left. The office fails to answer calls and screens calls. Ver immature practice that needs to be turned around. Inappropriate care, being told to visit ER for non-emergent issues that practice failed to take care of. This type of office and provider are the reasons ERs are overwhelmed during pandemic and reason insurance companies refuse paying because they do not do their job as a specialty health care practice/clinic. Would not recommend.

I’ve always found Dr Wildy to be excellent with my care. I don’t experience the same lace of care from the nurses as others report. Nurses usually call me back the same day, or if I call late they return my call by the next day. Dr Wildy talks with me about different issues with my care. She spends more time with me than any other dr has and I highly recommend her.

For the past two months I have been requesting a refill on my medication. This medication is not a narcotic or a controlled substance. It is a medication for restless leg syndrome and without this medication I cannot sleep. After two months of requesting the medication I ended up running out. It has now been two weeks without this medication and I cannot sleep more than three hours a night. I have sent several refill request I have called several times and left several messages but still no refill even after being told everything is good the doctor just needs to sign it and send it over.

I used to love Dr Wildy's practice. She took time to answer question and her staff was proactive in helping you. Over the last two years things have changed. Courses of action decided on during your visit are not followed up on. You usually have to call several times to remind them. Even then they often don't get it right. Calls they used to return same day, now may take two or three days to return. You now have to call for test results because they never call you. I no longer feel they care.

Dr. Wildyis just the most caring doctor you will ever meet. She is so smart, caring & absolutely goes the extra mile. She doesn't back down from a puzzle & communicates directly with you by calling personally. Her staff is wonderful as well. She is so rare in this day & age & truly feel like she is an answer to a very long awaited prayer. She will spend however many hours it takes. She is in high demand, but absolutely worth the wait. Words cant describe how amazing she is. Thank you Dr. Wildy
