My wife(Kun) and I have had Dr Chu for 30+yrs as our Dr Dr Chu has always taken care of our health, we would not ever consider going to another Dr. Through Dr Chu's care for me, Dr Chu is one of 4 that saved my life...God, Dr Chu,Dr Elizaide, Dr Stouffer. My wife and I have been going to her over 20 years. We both trust and love her. She does ,not suffer a fool. If you go to her to be treated and does what she advises, she will try her best to make your life better. However if you go to her with the attitude you know more than her she will not waste her time with you. She is a great Doctor and we vaiue her as our physician and friend.

Excellent. She listens, discusses, offers suggestions. Best doctor I have had in years. I highly recommend her.

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Chu - we both have very complex medical conditions that require multiple specialists. Dr. Chu told me to seek care at Mayo but I required a referral due to Tricare- Dr. Chu stated she's "never had to refer someone to Mayo...that's not my problem". She also changed the dosage on both of our medications without our consent or knowledge. Further, she ignored VERY abnormal test results and only focused on NORMAL thyroid levels and tried to push a higher dose of synthroid for no reason. She was rude and argumentative on the phone over Tricare and its complications. We changed our Primary and are not going back.

I was both insulted and offended by the treatment I received from Dr. Chu. She did not want me as a patient and she made that very clear to me during my first and only visit with her. I had to wait a few weeks to see a doctor and I had a lot of issues that needed to be resolved but only discussed with her the issues that were negatively affecting me in every area of my life. I also explained that it would take a while to even see another doctor, but truly my health was not her concern and what she could do to help the matter she refused to. She left and informed her assistants that I didn’t want to receive care there when the truth was she was unwilling to provide care. This was the last thing I needed to experience at this time in my life. It was hurtful and unethical.

Dr Chu is professional and thorough. She never acts like she’s in a hurry. She listens to what I have to say. She puts her patients first and is an excellent diagnostician

Always a pleasant informed visit with Dr. Chu and her nurses who are all professional, knowledgeable, courteous and caring. Dr. Chu patiently listens and offers solutions to solve my problems.

Dr. Chu is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been going to her for fifteen years and she’s always very professional, thorough, up to date on the latest medical information, prompt, & personable. She spends time giving explanations, listening, & answering questions. Her nurse, Chris, & all staff are always most helpful, efficient, & friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Chu.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chu and her staff. Every time I have had to call the office with a problem, I have always been seen on the same day. The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at ease. Dr. Chu is always concerned about my problem and makes sure I understand the diagnosis and the treatment. I am always greeted promptly and with pleasant people. Dr. Chu always spends time with me and I never feel as if I am being rushed. She is very through. I have not felt this good in 20 years. She has a big part in that.

I was so relieved to meet a physician that was professional, thorough, but also willing to work with me in a similar fashion to what I had been accustomed to with my previous doctor. In just one visit she provided me w/refills for all of my medications; gave me her own personal insights & referrals to specialists I would need for ongoing care; and was also able to get me in for a mammogram during the middle of the pandemic. I was so impressed, I called my friends & all of them were just amazed!
