Long waits short visits
Dr Kay’s office will always tell you to come in which is the only positive thing I can say. I have used Dr Kay for approximately 10 years and never have been out in less than 2 hours. My most recent visit I spent over an hour in the exam room waiting where I could hear her conversations with other patients. None of which went over five minutes. When she finally got to me the result was the same. She did not physically exam me. I was so rushed by her exam that I didn’t get to go over all my health concerns. When I tired to call and speak with her another day about my concerns I was told once she was in a meeting to try again later and the second time that she was too busy to speak to me.

The wait may take awhile since she has a huge patient load, but she is the best family doctor in the area. She will get to the bottom of your medical problem/s, if there is a problem stick it out with her, she will fix it. Always helpful, office always clean, staff always good. She is an excellent doctor and so is her husband Dr. Moezzi.

My wife and I are elderly , I am 82 years old. Have been going to Dr Kay for approx. 5 months. NEVER once has she listened to my lungs, heartbeat, looked at my ankles for swelling, ect. The most she did was ask how we feel. As far as prescriptions it has been a nightmare. We have Express Scripts and not 0ne script arrived in a timely manner and the majority of the time we had to mail them in. We constantly ran short of meds because of inefficiency of staff. Her office is a night mare!

I am very picky about doctors and Dr. Kay is very personable and knowledgeable. She does not talk "down" to me, takes her time, remembers my kids and their issues, is attentive and conscientious. She is calm and professional. I would recommend her to anyone. Yes, sometimes the wait takes a while, but I bring my computer and get things done. I would rather wait on a good doctor than get in quick with a lesser one.

They are the most disrespectful people. They lied to me repeatedly about faxing in prescriptions, for two week I have been trying to obtain my fathers drugs now He is out and 2000 miles away and no doctor yet hey are no help. Finally losted my temper and now being the professionals that they are they have hung-up on myself my husband and my father. They don't care for their patients. Would not recommend this doctor for any reason.

Nice but extremely long wait times due to their poor scheduling system in their office, never had to constantly wait so very long in a doctors office and the room right before the Doctor comes in. It's easy to make an appointment but you always wait more than 2 hours once you get there so you waist your whole day on one doctors appointment and it happened more than once, nearly always!
