Dr. Nelson is one of a rare breed of physicians in that she actually listens to her patients. I would be dead right now if she weren't so diligent. She caught the cancer when my only symptoms were being cold and bawling like a baby. One of my only regrets in moving to West Virginia is leaving her behind. BEST. DOCTOR. EVER!

Dr. Nelson saved my life by diagnosing congestive heart failure after heart specialist said my swelling was from medication! I had to spend 5 days in hospital. Thanks for caring Dr. Kay!!!

When all other Drs failed me and made me feel crazy when it came to my symptoms of MS, Dr. Nelson came to my rescue and simply said I wasn’t crazy, my symptoms were real, go get an MRI. There will never be another Dr as caring, patient, and as attentive as Dr. Nelson. Definitely would recommend Dr. Nelson to everyone, she’s very easy to talk to, she listens, and gives feedback, she takes her time with her patients. Office staff is great as well!!!

I have always been extremely satisfied every visit. She listens and refers you immediately to Specialist if needed. I’m a patient with many health issues (MS, TM, Tarlov Cysts, and Asthma) and feel very confident using Dr. Nelson.

My husband was in severe pain due to what turned out to be Sciatica and Dr. Nelson gave him something to ease his pain while quickly referring him to a Specialist. We both love her and would definitely recommend anyone to use her as their doctor.

Woke up early excited about my appointment and texted to confirm before leaving all the way from Natchitoches. She responded ok just to get there and can't find the location. I sat up there 40 minutes waiting on a response and constantly calling to be sent to voicemail. Came all the way up this way for nothing.
