Dr. Kay Robertson, MD

Dr. Robertson was amazing in the beginning. She went above and beyond to help me. I felt like she was an awesome Dr, and I couldn't say enough positive things about her and her bedside manner. Something changed with her. She began denying insulin prescription refills, denied even being the dr prescribing medications to me at all and finally denied even treating me, stating that "she doesn't accept my insurance, because they never get paid". I have BCBS, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I am now left with very little insulin, and other meds, while scrambling to find another provider. Very disappointed, and upset.

The receptionist Danielle is rude and ignorant over the phone. I visited Dr. Kay's office last year for a bronchitis infection, she performed unnecessary tests and over-billed Blue Cross Blue for the useless tests. I contacted Dr Kay having lost my health insurance and wanted to request my medical records, so I could go see another doctor for another prescription of antibiotics. Her rude receptionist told me that they don't have them. Dr Kay was very rude to me and hung up ion my face.

Doctor refused to give a fax # and hung up. Lack of professionalism.

Dr. kay Robinson is very rude and unprofessional I think she need to be reviewed by the BBB I called and she hung up in my face. Very nasty person
