Money over health
Recently discharged, call his office for follow up and I'm told they WON'T see me unless I pay off an account that was put in collections for $648 since 2016.

He had very few days to approve surgery and I had a minor abnormal EKG, yet he found the time necessary to run tests to allow surgery to continue. I truly appreciated the fact that he took the time to serve me with a professional manner. His staff was also outstanding.

If i could rate this Dr. and his staff with a "0", I would. He is not a doctor I choose to see. He he has a very poor bedside manner, he is single visioned. He does not explain anything to patients at all, not forthcoming with options and does not give you any insight as to your condition. The only thing he wants to do is heart caths, and then only through the groin...( inexperienced i am sure). The wait time is overly extensive. Waiting room is dark, dirty and unkempt....and let's not even get into his staff......horrible. no communication, no concern for patient comfort, safety or peace of mind....always losing records.....they are very lax in forwarding any records to other doctors....horrible. DO NOT use this office.

All he wants to do is heart cath. Does not explain test results. Office staff is surly and doesn't seem to know what to do let alone return ph. calls. Seems to have a large turnover in staff.

Office staff are disinterested and surly. Several of the nurses are rude and argumentative. No one needs to be treated in this manner

Dr. Layeni is professional and courteous. His office is clean and well maintained. His testing technicians are absolutely wonderful; professional, efficient and provide excellent customer service. However, his front office staff have been abrupt and dismissive and generally lacking in basic customer service skills.

Office staff asks for payment without any kind of greeting. When I had to leave after waiting 1 hour 45 minutes they were defensive and less than helpful, including the scheduling person. I have had two procedures and numerous visits in this office. Every appointment means waiting at least one hour if not more. This was my fourth visit to this office . I could hear everything being said. My appointment was at 9:30 and he did not start seeing patients until 9:15.
