slacking dismissive attitude to medical concerns
My annual exam with Dr Saito was a frustrating experience with a rushed superficial examination and a dismissive attitude towards my medical concerns. Additionally, after my exam inaccurate representations of my statements were entered into my medical chart. That lead to a denial of my referral to a specialized expert when I contacted them and a wasted time. My request for doing additional lab work was dismissed by Dr. Saito on the ground that the lab results were recent (obtained two months ago, in reality), although I specifically and repeatedly stated that the onset of medical issues occurred 1.5 months after the blood was drawn. After a telephonic attempt to address the issue with a medical assistant in Montage office who struggled to communicate in a proper English, I was suggested to see a Naturopath (!) What's next - a witch doctor? Is this a new level of professionalism we are facing when seeking medical help from Dr. Saito?

It truly breaks my heart to write this review. My experience with this Medical location for over the past 10+ years has been perfect. Not until Dr. Saito got a new assistant Here is my experience: I called to get a stronger prescription of Retin-A. It was handled by her fairly new assistant. The assistant ordered the same item I have in my cabinet, not what I asked for? When I called to let her know she made a mistake, she began to cut me off in mid sentence, was demeaning and called me a lier?? I was so insulted and embarrassed that Saito's new employee would act this way. She began telling me on the phone to stop screaming at her???? What? Again she was lying to those in the office that could hear her, probably lied to Dr. Saito as well- just to make me wrong and not her? I did indeed ask for a stronger strength! The assistant called me back to tell me she would send me a $65. Ck. for the item and that I was discharged- "WHAT? " She should be fired-not me! Truly Awful!!!
