Appt. at 1520; finally got into the examination room at1650. To only allow :20 minutes per patient is insane! I suspect Healthlink corporate is responsible for this inane time limit! Dr. G.was,as usual a source of much needed information. And I listened..... We arrived at three much needed explanations and two strategies to deal with my various health issues. BUT, it took a half hour to accomplish! Healthlink....BE TOLD! :30 minutes, and that’s talking very fast! Rewrite your check-in procedure. It moves from inane to insulting and back again.... So I have aches and pains; we were out using the wood splitter in 87degree heat! Aches and pain and us being over 70 years of age... Congestion and sniffles? Allergies maybe...well duh! And Ask race? ? Only one and that’s HUMAN! 21st century;Healthlink, get with it! And that’s not the worst! “Am I Latino?” Treat them differently do you? Hum.... I have a mustache; do you treat me different because of that?

I waited for over a hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the examin ing room> I finally worked out! this was outrageous! I read the reviews that he spends time with his patients but maybe they should schedule each patient 2 hours!

If you have only one negative to say about a doctor and that thing is long wait times, he is a diamond in my mind. This doctor stays with you until you feel all your questions are asked. I am a high complex patient so if I have to wait two hours for him to see me, I know he is spending time with someone who needs that extra time. I often bring the wait up with those in the room and more often than not I find them in agreement with me, waiting for him means he cares equally about all.

After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, they called and canceled it one hour prior to the appointment time. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that dr Gingrich s other patients were a higher priority than I. Very unprofessional to say the least. I rearranged my work schedule so I was sure to make this appointment. I've never been treated this unprofessionally from a doctors office before. Very disappointed !!

We waited one hour and forty five minutes in this mans office..and finally left without seeing him...I think they have a huge scheduling problem, or are just very inconsiderate. We were new patients...got there fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork, and then sat and waited..our appointment was for 1:30p.m.....we left at 3:15...the receptionist was a bit snippy when we said we were leaving..she said it wasn't HER fault...we also asked if he was late because of some medical emergency..
