Awesome and Caring
Dr Hood performed my breast reduction and I felt instant relief when I was awakened after the procedure. He answered all of my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable with my decision. My post operative care was top nothc and I am soo happy with my results!! Dr Hood, Monica (APN) and as well as his staff are AMAZING!!

Mostly satisfied
Generally pleased with both Dr. Hood and his staff. My questions were answered clearly and expectations about what to expect during recovery were managed well. However, I do have a concern about the results after recovery and this potential outcome was not brought to my attention or discussed before the surgery. When I brought my concern up in a follow-up visit, it was not documented in the visit notes which only noted that I was happy with the results. I asked for the concern I raised to also be documented in the visit notes for accuracy in my health records. It was not added.

Took My Case Sight Unseen
Dr. Hood is an amazing surgeon. His skills and caregiving are exceptional. He has a very warm office demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. He answered all of my questions patiently and with great knowledge. I needed a breast reduction and he agreed to do it simultaneously with another surgery that I needed within a short window. He didn’t hesitate. I am so profoundly happy with the results. The surgery changed my life. I had extremely large breasts for my frame which developed after childbirth and menopause and prevented me from a multitude of activities. I am so excited to have my life back free from pain in my back, neck and shoulders.
