We had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jackson. My 4 year old son was terrified of going into the doctors today because of some very poor past experiences at other offices, but Dr. Jackson and his staff made him feel calm, comfortable and most importantly diagnosed him correctly and treated him appropriately. He understood my son was very anxious so Dr. Jackson treated him while he was sitting with me. We wasted 4 weeks at another Pediatric ENT and really wish we would have gone to Dr. Jackson from the beginning. He has so much experience and knowledge. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially to any parents with little ones!

Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable. Able to quickly identify my problem and offer a solution. Always takes care of my ear issues. Dr. Jackson and his staff were very professional and quite courteous. I will highly recommend.

Had a difficult problem with my throat that 3 other doctors couldn't resolve. Jackson did, and his bedside manner, in the office and before and after surgery were tremendous. Follow ups afterward were a pleasure also.

Just had sinus surgery done by Dr Jackson and really such a difference in my quality of life! I can breathe again, although he found many more issues than scan showed, he fixed them all! Super Doc with the right attitude and superman-like surgeon! I highly recommend him.

My 6yo son had an ear tubing surgery. His one ear had a hearing problem but the other ear had no hearing problem. The one ear surgery was done. A month later, the pediatric doctor told both ears had a tube, respectively. Jackson never told he put a ear tube to the other ear which had no problem. I complained it but Jackson did not listen to it. At the 6-month follow-up check, I complained again. He removed my son from his patients list saying "I discharge this patient." in front of my son.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson for a number of years. He is extremely knowledgeable, conservative, approachable, patient oriented and always wants what is right for the patient. He properly diagnosed a friend of mine with stage 4 sinus cancer and with his expertise, and two other specialist saved her life 11 years ago.
